One-off setup fee

This covers the initial design, build, and configuration of your solution — whether that's an automation workflow, a reporting dashboard, a new website, or a combination. It's the upfront work to get everything built and running the way it should.

Monthly retainer

Once everything is live, a monthly retainer keeps it all running smoothly. This covers hosted infrastructure, monitoring, maintenance, updates, and ongoing support. Think of it as having a tech person on call — without the full-time salary.

Why we don't list fixed prices

Because no two businesses are the same. A mechanic with a basic website needs something very different from a cafe running online ordering and a loyalty program. Quoting a flat rate for everyone would mean either overcharging simple jobs or underdelivering on complex ones.

The right price depends on the complexity of what you need and how much is already in place technically. That's why every engagement starts with a conversation — usually a sit-down over a coffee or a quick phone call. That's all it takes to understand what's involved and give you a clear, honest figure.

There's no obligation, and you'll never be pressured. If it makes sense for both of us, we go ahead. If not, no hard feelings.

What does the monthly retainer actually include?

That includes hosting and infrastructure costs, regular maintenance and updates, monitoring to catch issues before they become problems, and direct support whenever you need a hand. The exact scope depends on what we've built, but it's all laid out clearly in your quote.

Can I bundle multiple services together?

Absolutely. In fact, most clients get the best value when services work together — for example, a new website with built-in booking automation and a reporting dashboard. When we bundle services, you get a single setup and one monthly retainer covering everything.

What if I only need a one-off project?

That's fine too. If you just need a website built or a one-time automation set up and don't need ongoing support, we can do a standalone project with no ongoing retainer. We'll talk through what makes sense during our initial chat.

How long does a typical project take?

Most projects go from initial conversation to live within a few weeks. Simpler setups — like a basic automation or a straightforward website — can often be turned around faster. We'll give you a realistic timeline in your quote.

What if I'm not sure what I need?
