My background is in industrial data and systems — the kind of work where reliability isn't optional and the systems you build have to actually work, every single day. I spent years building data infrastructure, reporting tools, and automation systems in environments where there's no room for things to break.
At some point I looked around at the small businesses here in Gladstone and realised that the same problems I was solving in industry — messy data, manual processes, unreliable systems — were costing local business owners time and money every day. The difference was, most of them didn't have access to someone who could fix it.
